Mary Elizabeth “Beth” Haifley age 52 of Manchester, MD. died Wednesday Nov. 21, 2012 at the Gilchrist Hospice in Towson, MD.

Born June 11, 1960 in Baltimore, MD. She was the daughter of Paul and Josephine McLaughlin Nusbaum, Sr. of Eldersburg, MD. She was the wife of Gregory Lynn Haifley.

She was a baker for Santoni’s Market in Glyndon, MD. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Manchester, MD. where she was involved with the Linus Project and served on the church council. She was also involved with St. Joseph’s Catholic Church C.Y.O.

Surviving in addition to her parents and husband are children: Krista Haifley of Manchester, MD. and Brian Haifley and wife Lauren of Churchville, MD. Grandchildren: Corey Haifley, Madison, Kayla and Shawn Pittinger. Siblings: Paul Nusbaum, Jr. of Atlanta, Georgia, Bob and Cathy Nusbaum both of Eldersburg, MD.

Funeral services will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 3184 Church St., Manchester, MD. 21102 on Tuesday at 11:00am. with the Revs. Matthew and Norma Schenning officiating.

Interment will be in the New Lutheran Cemetery, Manchester, MD.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 3-5 and 7-9pm. at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A. 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD.
