Agnes Geraldine "Jerri" Phillips 80 years old of Reisterstown, died Wednesday, December 9, 2009 in Naples, Florida.

Born January 24, 1929 in Philippi, W. Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Rev. Gordon M. Nester and Lillie Gay Nester.

She was the wife for 62 years of George E. Phillips.

She was a homemaker, a Republican Registrar in Baltimore County, a member of the Glyndon Women's Club, and a member of the Glyndon United Methodist Church where she was a soloist. She also was a soloist at other churches. She did some fashion modeling as well.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Sandra "Sandi" and Carl Reams of Newport News, VA., her daughter-in-law Debbie Phillips of Finksburg, her grandchildren, Heather Geiman and her husband John, Sarah Phillips, Kristen Freter and her husband Christopher and her great grandson Carter Phillips.

She was predeceased by her son, Dr. Phillip Phillips

Friends may call on Monday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 3:00 PM at the Glyndon United Methodist Church, 4713 Butler Rd. Pastor Norman Obenshain officiating.

Interment will be on Wednesday at 10:45 in the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills.
