Albert Francis Weiss

Albert Francis Weiss, 92 of Hampstead, MD, passed peacefully Monday, Nov. 12, 2018, at Lookabout Manor in Westminster, MD. Born April 3, 1926, in Hampstead he was the son of the late Frederick John and Ethel Larue Reed Weiss. He was the husband of the late Margaret Miriam Czawlytko Weiss who passed on Nov. 12, 2016.

Years ago, he worked at Black & Decker where he retired in 1990. Albert enjoyed cutting his grass and working in his garden.

He is survived by his children: Josephine Davis of Manchester, MD., Kathryn Mirfin and husband Butch of Pennsylvania and Monica Llewellyn and husband Jack of Hampstead, MD. and sister: Doris M. Bear and husband Alan of Westminster, MD. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter and his Lookabout Manor family.

He was predeceased by son-in-law: Jerry Davis, Sr., and granddaughter: Natalie Davis.

UPDATE: Due to inclement weather, the visitation for Thursday, November 15, 2018, has been cancelled. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 16, 2018, from 10-11 am at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Dr., Manchester, MD, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, following the visitation. Interment will follow in Hampstead Cemetery.
