Alice Romaine Kelley

Alice Romaine Kelley, 93, of Reisterstown, MD, passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at WellSpan York Hospital in York, PA.  Born on September 18, 1931, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late William Herbert Murray and Estella Griswald Murray.  She was the beloved wife of the late Gerald Lee Kelley, who passed away in 1980.

Alice worked in the cafeteria for 14 years with the Baltimore County Public School System.  She enjoyed dancing and spending time with her family.

Surviving her are children: William H. Stem and wife Charlene of Reisterstown, MD, Richard F. Stem and wife Jacqueline of New Freedom, PA, Teala Ramsel of Owings Mills, MD, 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Alice was predeceased by her sister: Audrey Bosley.

The family will receive visitors on Sunday, August 24, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, where a funeral service will be held on Monday, August 25, at 11 am.

Interment to follow in Deer Park Church Cemetery, Reisterstown, MD.
