Allan David Etridge

Allan David Etridge, 83, of Hampstead, MD, passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at Stella Maris in Timonium, MD. Born on January 21, 1943, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late John Robert Etridge and Ruth A. Jones Etridge. He was the beloved husband of the late Sharon Lynne Frisbee Etridge, who passed away in 2013.

Allan was a graduate of the University of Maryland, Class of 1965. He was the owner and operator of a commercial insurance agency. He enjoyed playing softball, tennis and watching the Baltimore Orioles. Allan also liked to go bird hunting, fishing, and spend time tinkering with his cars.

Surviving him are sons: Christopher and Michael Etridge, and grandson: Michael Houck.

A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, February 26, from 5-7 pm, at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD, where a memorial service will begin at 6:30.

Interment is private.
