Allen Leon "Moose" Wolbert, 73 years old of Upperco, died Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at Gilchrist Hospice in Towson.
Born November 27, 1940 in Baltimore County, MD., he was the son of the late Walter and Ruby Wolbert.
He was the husband for 50 years of the late Janet Lee Hamby Wolbert.
He worked in the general construction field and was a former member of the Reisterstown and Westminster Moose. He enjoyed gardening, fishing and NASCAR.
He is survived by his daughter and her fiannce Toni Marie Wolbert and Allen Merryman, son: Kenneth Wolbert, 3 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, siblings: Roy Wolbert, Carl Wolbert and Joyce Stenner.
He was predeceased by his son: Vernon Monroe Wolbert and a sister: Greta Lang .
A memorial gathering will be held on Monday from 11:00 – 1:00 PM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills, where funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM.
Interment Private.
