On August 7, 2008 Amanda Virginia (nee Biden)beloved wife of the late Carl Lawrence Richter, loving mother of Carol L. Bowers and the late Virginia Lee Hauptman-Richter. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Annie Narer Biden. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a great granddaughter. Sister of Catherine Chase and Joseph and Thomas Biden. Mrs. Richter was predeceased by 7 sisters and 2 brothers.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, August 12, at 11:30 AM at the Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 905 Frederick Rd. Catonsville, MD 21228. Pastor G. Edward Whetstone officiating. Interment in the Maryland Veterans Cemetery- Garrison Forest. The family will receive friends at the Church on Tuesday Morning from 10:30 to 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her name to the Church.
