Andrew "Andy" James Gunter, 63, of Owings Mills, MD, passed away quietly in his sleep on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at his home. Born on February 5, 1958 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son to the late William "Tex" James Gunter and Hilda Leona Diehl Gunter.
Andy worked as a clerk at One-Stop and he was a proud Eagle Scout. He enjoyed watching baseball and supporting the Baltimore Orioles.
He is survived by his siblings: Patricia Caton, Pamela Hennigan and husband Steve, Penny Zagami and husband Mike, and William Gunter and wife Peggy.
Andy was predeceased by his brother: Christopher D. Gunter.
The family will receive visitors on Monday, July 26 from 3-5 and 7-9 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117, where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 27 at 10 am.
Interment to follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg, MD.
