Ann Carol Cowman, 73 years old of Reisterstown, died Thursday, February 05, 2009 at her home.
Born December 18, 1935 in Owings Mills, she was the daughter of the late John Charles Ross and Sylvia Turnbaugh Ross.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, George G. Cowman, Jr.
She loved to play the slots and the lottery and enjoyed music, bird watching and going out to dinner with family and friends.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children: George G. Cowman, III "Rick" and his wife Elizabeth, Marcia Marzullo and her husband Charles and Keith Cowman and his wife Tammy. She was the grandmother of Benjamin, Tyler and Cody Cowman, Jessica Green and Heather and Britany Marzullo. Great grandmother of Grason Marzullo.
She was predeceased by her siblings: Catherine Linder, Evelyn Marshall, Virginia Hayes, John Ross, Thelma Smith, Julia Reisberg, James Ross, Charles Ross and Patricia Smith.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 9, at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 65 Sacred Heart Lane, Glyndon. Fr. Silvester Kim officiating.
Interment in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the American Lung Association 11350 McCormick Rd., E.P.1, Suite 600, Hunt Valley, MD 21031.
