On June 11, 2011 Anna Belle Beckley, 92 years old, formally of Owings Mills, died at the Charlestown Care Center in Catonsville.
She was the beloved daughter of the late Dr. George Herbert Beckley and Lena Belle White Beckley.
She was a former secretary for the Maryland State Department of Education, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation for many years. Born in Baltimore County she was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church in Pimlico and later a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Reisterstown. Miss Beckley was interested in gardening, music, arts and traveling.
She is survived by her cousins and friends.
Her wishes were to be cremated.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 18th, at 10:00 AM at Trinity Lutheran Church, 109 Main St., Reisterstown, MD 21136.
Interment in Middletown, MD, Frederick County.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trinity Luthern Church.
