Anna Belle Frock

Anne Belle Frock, 88, of Westminster, MD passed peacefully Sunday April 15, 2018 at the Long View Healthcare Center in Manchester, MD. Born on August 3, 1929 in Burkes Garden, VA, she was the daughter of the late Frank Elmer and Stella May Hall Repass. She was the wife of the late Clarence Joseph Frock, Sr. who died on January 8, 2004.

Years ago she worked for Maryland Cup Co. and cleaned houses. She was also a member of St. Benjamins Kriders United Church of Christ in Westminster, MD.

She is survived by her stepchildren: Dale Frock of Virginia, David and Joe Frock, Jr. both of Hanover, PA and Elaine Buzzard of Virginia, siblings: Richard "Jude" Repass of Blacksburg, VA, Louise Lambert-Wagner of Westminster, MD, Peggy Greene of Austell, GA, Curtis Dumber Repass and wife Judy of Ft. Myers, FL and Betty Jean Felty of N. Augusta, SC. She was also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a daughter: Betty Lafferty, a son: Robert "Bob" Lafferty and siblings: Joe Repass and Marvin Repass, Virginia "Sis" Dillow and Brenda Gupta.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 20, from 6- 8 pm, and Saturday, April 21, from 10 -11 am at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD, where a funeral will be held at 11 am. Interment to follow in St. Benjamin's-Kriders Church Cemetery, Westminster, MD.
