Anthony "Tony" Vincent Frasca

Anthony "Tony" Vincent Frasca, 32, of Baltimore, passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at his home. Born on June 21, 1991, in Baltimore, he was the son of Barbara Elizabeth Ringrose and the late Eugene Frasca.

Tony worked in Marketing, owned Frasca Digital, and was a Pinball Wizard. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, nature, and his fur children Teddy and Franklin.

In addition to his mother Barbara Elizabeth Ringrose, step-father Joseph Stephens and step-mother Patricia Frasca, he is survived by siblings: Michael Frasca of Glen Burnie, Dawn Frasca of Cockeysville, Lindsey Frasca of Reisterstown, and Tara Frasca of Hanover, PA. He is also survived by nieces Molly Frasca and Maeve Frasca and nephew Jack Frasca.

The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, from 10 am to 12 pm at ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD 21102.

A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at 12:30 pm at St. Bartholomew's Catholic Church, 2930 Hanover Pike, Manchester, MD 21102.

Interment will follow at New Lutheran Cemetery in Manchester.
