Arbadella Louise Graf, 76, of Hampstead died Sunday, January 13, 2013 at the Dove House in Westminster.
Born December 30, 1936 in Roller, Md., she was the daughter of the late George Vernon Smith and Frances Julia Sterner Smith. She was the wife of Albert Leroy Graf, who died September 23, 1987.
She was a life member of Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church and was involved with ELCA and helped with the luncheons. She worked for Black and Decker for 16 years and years ago she worked for the Manchester and Hampstead sewing factory for 21 years. She was a member the Republican Women's Club of Taneytown. She was an avid Baltimore Orioles fan and in her spare time enjoyed gardening, flowers, and spending time with family.
Surviving are her children Sharon L. Lewis and husband Michael of Rocky Ridge, and Kevin L. Graf and wife Cheryl of Hampstead; her grandchildren Tracey Graf, Rachel Graf, and Kevin Lewis; and her sisters Linda Faye Kauffman of Hampstead and Georgia Alice Calp of Millers.
She was predeceased by her sister Julia Ann Ruby.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester and from 9 a.m. Thursday until time of funeral service at 10 a.m. at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3184 Church Street, Manchester with her pastors The Revs. Matthew S. and Norma L. Schenning officiating.
Interment will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover, PA.
