Arlene Rebecca Hill

Arlene Rebecca Hill, 91, of Manchester, MD, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at UPMC Hanover Hospital, Hanover, PA. Born on November 29, 1931, in Freeland, MD, she was the daughter of the late Harry Rother and Sadie Virginia Alban Rother. She was the beloved wife of the late James Malone Hill, who passed away on September 28, 2020.

Arlene was a member of the Harvest Time Temple Church in Hanover, PA.

Surviving her are daughters: Deborah Urey and husband Mike, and Melissa Atkins. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and sisters: Delores Rother and Carol Reed.

Arlene was predeceased by her siblings: Holly Arentz, Roger Rother, Harry Rother, and Donnie Rother.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 10, at 11 am, in New Lutheran Cemetery, Locust Street, Manchester, MD.
