Arthur Levi, 60, of Boring died Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.
Born March 18, 1949 in Baltimore, he was the son of William Levi of Midlothian, VA and the late Ethel Ruthenberg Levi. He was the husband of JoAnn Tracey, his wife of 21 years.
Mr. Levi was retired from Verizon Communications with 30 years of service. He loved music and was a founding musician of the band Bad Neighbors. He was an avid conversationalist and loved spending time with family, friends, and his dogs.
Surviving in addition to his father and wife are his brother and sister in law Lewis and Juana Levi of Midlothian, VA; his father in law Joseph Tracey of Boring; his sister in law and brother in law Barbara and Joe Beal of Upperco; his nieces Annie Guard, Lisa Levi, and Gracie Beal.
A memorial gathering will be 1-2 p.m. Saturday with a memorial service to follow at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester with Rev. Carol Yocum officiating.
