August H. "Bud" Kutlik, 81 years old Owings Mills, died Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at the Future Care Cherrywood Nursing Home in Reisterstown.
Born June 18, 1927 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Joseph Frank Kutlik and Rena Kaplan Kutlik.
He was the husband for 59 years of Clayanna Chenoweth "Kay" Kutlik.
Mr. Kutlik was a veteran of the U.S. Navy during WWII. He retired as an electronic technician with Westinghouse Electric Division. He was an active member of the Reisterstown Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Kutlik is survived by his children and their spouses, Mary and Edison Hays of Reisterstown, Charles and Joyce Kutlik of Virginia, Gary and Jodette Kutlik of Stoneville, N.C., James Kutlik of Owings Mills and Holly and Herb Sweren of Reisterstown.
He's also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren 2 great great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by his brother Edward Kutlik.
Friends may call at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 10:00 AM at the Reisterstown Baptist Church, 25 E. Chestnut Lane. Rev. John Rudd officiating.
Entombment in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Reisterstown Baptist Church, 25 E. Chestnut Lane, Reisterstown, MD 21136.
