Barbara Lee Clinton

Barbara Lee Clinton, 68, of Upperco, MD, passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2024.  Born on January 17, 1956, in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Robert Lee Wilhelm, Sr. and Mary Jean Bleakley Wilhelm.

Barbara worked for McDaniel College for over 20 years in executive administration. She was a proud Girl Scout Leader for over a decade.  She enjoyed reading, kitting, and expressing her creativity.  She loved animals, especially rescues.  Barbara was very generous and always willing to help anybody in need.  She was a hard-worker and took pride in her accomplishments.  She will be missed by all who knew her.

Surviving her are daughters: Rachel Panczenko and husband Michael of Los Angeles, CA, Jessica Clinton of Baltimore, grandson: Max, and brothers: Robert Lee Wilhelm, Jr. and wife Pam Nicholson, and Gary Wilhelm. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Barbara was predeceased by her sister-in-law: Helen Murphy-Wilhelm.

A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, July 10, from 5-7 pm, at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD, where a memorial service will take place on Thursday, July 11, at 10:30 am.

Interment is private.
