Barbara Lynn Donohue age 75 of Littlestown, PA. died Friday Nov. 25, 2011 at the York Hospital in York, PA.
Born Oct. 22, 1936 in Baltimore, MD., she was the daughter of the late Herbert Harold and Hollis Alethea Mather Allan. She was the wife of Walter Joseph Donohue, Jr., his wife of 50 years.
She was a housewife and a 20 year volunteer for Mechanicsville Elementary School in Gamber, MD. She was a 20 year volunteer of Carroll Hospital Center. She was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband are daughters Darlene Ralicki of Enola, PA, Julie Harbaugh of Little River, S.C., and son Patrick Donohue of Littlestown, PA, grandchildren Shawnee Harbaugh, Holly Donohue, and Noah Donohue, and sister Sally Fuller of Reisterstown, MD.
The family will receive friends at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A. 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD on Sunday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, 15300 Dover Road, Reisterstown, MD with the Rev. Dick Harden officiating.
Private interment on Tuesday in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, Sykesville, MD.
