Barbara Elizabeth Holland

Barbara Elizabeth Holland, 78, of Manchester, MD, passed away on Thursday December 15, 2022. Born on June 27, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Owen E. Smith Sr. and Gladys V. Parker Smith. She was the beloved wife of 48 years to James E. Holland.

She was a cashier years ago for Giant Food. She loved the Lord and her family.

Surviving in addition to her husband are children: Cynthia Kaltrider, Yvette Thomas, Ernest Abend Jr., stepchildren: Barbara Ward and Elizabeth Holland, grandchildren: Shawn, Emily, Adam, Johnathan, Kaylee, Heath, Michael, Jordan and James, great-grandchildren: Kane, Austin, Ella, Finn, Frank, Greyson and Lily, brother: Owen Smith Jr. and sister: Debora Smith.

She was predeceased by her sister: Patricia Smith.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.
