Barbara "Joey" Lee Raver, 84, of Hanover, PA, passed away on Friday, January 22, 2021, at Carroll Hospice Dove House in Westminster, MD. Born on January 26, 1936, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Charles Cameron Sr., and Dorothy Eloise Madairy Brown. She was the beloved wife of the late Harry "Elkie" Raver.

Joey was a member of Manchester Baptist Church, where she enjoyed spending time with her church community. She enjoyed word search puzzles, and above all else, she loved to spend time with her family and friends.

Surviving her are her daughters: Cynthia "Cindy" Lockard and husband Eddie, and Christine "Chris" Olson and husband Bill, grandchildren: Jennifer and husband Daren, Kiersten and husband Stanley, Jason and wife Megan, and Corry and wife Kim, great-grandchildren: Stanley, Naomi, Colbie, Liam, William, Oliver, and Ian, and siblings: Bonnie O'Brien and husband Mike, and Chel Brown.

She was predeceased by her granddaughter: Brittany Olson.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at 11 am at Grace Church Cemetery, 1804 Ridge Road, Reisterstown, MD 21136.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Joey's name may be made to The Children's Cancer Foundation, Inc., 5570 Sterrett Place, Suite 204, Columbia, MD 21044, or to the ASPCA, PO Box 96929, Washington, DC 20090-6929.
