Barbara Ann Leppo, 66, of Hampstead passed away peacefully Friday, November 27, 2015 at her home. Born March 4, 1949 in Manchester, she was the daughter of the late Elmo M. Davidson and Betty Nadine Abbott Davidson. She was the wife of Raymond Howell Leppo, II, her husband of 41 years. Years ago, she had worked for Black and Decker and was an Administrative Assistant for All State Insurance. She was an active member of the North Carroll Senior Center where she enjoyed playing BINGO.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Wendy Miller and husband Bruce of Manchester, Joanne Hunter and husband Tommy of Virginia Beach, VA, and Laura Hoover of Catonsville, her siblings Linda Jordan of Taneytown and Wayne Davidson of Manchester, and her grandchildren Abigail, Alexis, Aubrey, and Rylee. She was predeceased by her son David Tracey Hoover.
The family will receive friends 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, November 30, 2015 at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester where a funeral service will be 3 p.m. Tuesday, December 1, 2015. Interment will be in Greenmount Church Cemetery, Greenmount. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association 217 East Redwood Street, 23rd Floor, Baltimore, MD 21201.
