Barry Glenn Judy

Barry Glenn Judy, 58 of Manchester, MD passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at Northwest Hospital Center, Randallstown, MD.  Born on December 29, 1965, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Jesse Troy Judy and Ruby Catherine Feather Judy.  He was the beloved husband of Lisa Phillips-Judy.

Barry worked as a Building Technician III for COPT Defense Properties and was a plumber by trade.  He was a family-oriented man and a hands-on father. He was outgoing, would help anyone at any time, and could fix anything. He enjoyed riding his motorcycles with his spouse, stepson, and friends.  He loved both of his Great Danes. He was recently looking forward to the addition of a granddaughter to the family.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Edwin Judy of Harford County, Alivia Judy of Harford County, Ellie Judy of Carroll County, Stepson Zachary Phillips of Carroll County, and Stepson Paul Phillips, Jr. of Carroll County. He is also survived by his sister Marilyn Schmidt and her husband Brad of Eglon, West VA.

Barry was preceded in death by his late wife Susan Judy, and brother Myron Judy.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, December 7, from 1-3 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A. 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD.
