Bettie A. Neumann Byerly, 87 years old of Cockeysville, died Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at the Broadmead Retirement Community.
Born April 13, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Herbert E. Neumann and Alice Elizabeth Manns Neumann.
She was the wife of 57 years to the late T. Edward Byerly who died in 2007.
Surviving are her children and spouses: Audrey and Mike Cleaves of Port Republic, MD., Thomas E. Jr. and Judy Byerly of Brookville, MD and Carolyn Lamborn of Towson, MD. Also survived by 3 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Broadmead Retirement Community, 13801 York Rd. Cockeysville, MD on Monday, September 29, 2014 at 11:00 AM with The Rev. Ernest Smart officiating.
Interment in Druid Ridge Cemetery will be private.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in her name may be made to: Research for Chronic Myeloid Leukemia, C/O Douglas Smith, M.D., Johns Hopkins University, 1650 Orleans St. Room 246, Baltimore, MD 21231.
