Betty Ann Sheeler

Betty Ann Sheeler, 57, of Manchester, MD, passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at the Lorien in Taneytown, MD. Born on October 27, 1968, in Towson, MD, she was the daughter of Joseph Edward Sheeler, Sr. and the late Gladys Augusta Gouker Sheeler.

Betty Ann was a graduate of North Carroll High School, class of 1987.

Surviving her in addition to her father are her siblings: Jannete Margaret Anthony and husband Todd, Joseph E. Sheeler, Jr. and wife Lisa, all of Manchester. She is also survived by nephew: Hunter Sheeler, great-nieces: Payton Marie Sheeler and Layla Mae Sheeler, and many extended family members.

Betty Ann was predeceased by her mother, paternal grandfather: Joseph Wilson Sheeler, paternal grandmother: Mary E. Sheeler Myers and husband Albert A. Myers, maternal grandparents: Earl and Gladys A. Gouker, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, April 2, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD, where a funeral service will begin at 7 pm.

Interment is private.
