Elizabeth J. "Betty" Jensen, age 94, of Baltimore, passed away peacefully Monday, December 8, 2014 at the Augsburg Lutheran Home in Baltimore.
Born October 15, 1920 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Max F. and Johanna Witzgall Pawlik. She was the wife of the late Emanuel A. Jensen.
She is survived by her daughters Sharon Toolan and husband John, and Joanne Abbott; 3 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and numerous other family and friends.
She was predeceased by one granddaughter.
The family will receive friends 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills and 10 to 11 a.m. at the Augsburg Lutheran Chapel, 6811 Campfield Road, Baltimore with a funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment will be in the Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens, Timonium.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pilgrim Lutheran Church, 7200 Liberty Road, Baltimore, MD 21207.
