On August 18, 2013, BETTY MONACO, (nee Sebra), beloved wife of the late Anthony Monaco; survived by her companion Roland Davis; loving mother of the late Helen and Barbara Van Meter, surviving children and spouses Lillian Smith and husband Sheridan, Victoria Fitzpatrick, Irene Noonan and husband Donald, Abraham Van Meter and partner Cindy, and Teresa Palugi; grandmother of 13 surviving and 2 deceased; great grandmother of 21; great great grandmother of 2; sister of Margaret Scranton, Charles Rowan, Jr., and Thomas Rowan; predeceased by her son-in-law Ronald Hardesty; and her first marriage to Abraham Van Meter ended in divorce.

Friends may call 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills where a funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday. Interment in Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
