Betty Louise Tillman

Betty Louise Tillman née Fox, 81, of Heathsville, VA, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at Locust Hill, Virginia. Born on September 25, 1937, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late George S. and Margaret Elizabeth Fox née Engle.

Years ago, she was a graduate of Franklin High School. A homemaker for most of her life, she loved to crochet and was an avid gardener.

Surviving her are children: Steve B. Tillman and wife Starr, and Kimberly Ann Henry and husband Timothy, 2 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and a sister: Shirley A. Yox and husband Michael.

She was predeceased by siblings: George E. Fox and Thomas "Larry" Fox.

The family will receive visitors for a memorial service on Friday, July 12, at 10 am at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117. Inurnment to follow in Carrolls-Gills United Methodist Church Cemetery, Lutherville, MD.
