Betty Lou Welcher

Betty Lou Welcher, 89, of Manchester, MD, passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018 at Golden Crest Assisted Living in Hampstead, MD.  Born on April 16, 1929 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Alfred Douglas and Gertrude Virginia Hobbs Dunnigan.  She was the wife of the late Robert Leroy Welcher who died in 2014.

Surviving her is a daughter Sandy L. Welcher of Westminster, MD, as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends.

The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, September 25, from 3-5 and 7-9 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD 21102, where a prayer service will be held on Wednesday at 11 am. Interment to follow in Lineboro Cemetery, Lineboro, MD.
