Betty Jean Williams

Betty Jean Williams, 65, of Manchester, MD, passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at UPMC Hanover, in Hanover, PA. Born on March 21, 1958, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Leroy and Barbara Benton Frampton. She was the loving wife of 49 years to Dallas "Pete" Franklin Williams, Sr.

Betty enjoyed camping. She had a wonderful group of friends, and she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving her in addition to her husband are children: Tammy Williams, and Dallas "Frankie" Williams, Jr. and wife Jodi, grandchildren: Eddie, Andrew, Kaitlin, Riddick, Jocelyn, Natalie, and Tyler, great-grandchild: Cooper, and sister: Bonnie Scherer and husband Bobby. She was also survived by dozens of nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her sister: Linda Hause.

The family will receive visitors on Friday, November 24, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 25, at 11 am.

Interment to follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg, MD.
