Beverly Joy Hild

Beverly Joy Hild, 88, of Hampstead, MD, passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at Golden Crest Assisted Living, Hampstead, MD. Born on May 7, 1934, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur H. Ensor and Florence R. Lucas Ensor. She was the beloved wife of the late John "Jack" Joseph Hild, who passed away in 2005.

Joy enjoyed cooking and doing crafts. She was a good seamstress and was computer savvy. She had friends all over the world that she continued to keep in touch with.

Surviving her are children: Jack Hild and wife Diane of Ellicott City, Jimmy Hild and wife Roxanne McMillan-Hild of Hampstead, Joe Hild of Manchester, grandchildren: Martina, Mark, Tommy, and great-grandchildren: Iris, Marley, Adalyn, Kinsley, Aaron, Yara, Isabelle, Camila, and Leila.

The family will receive visitors on Sunday, October 23, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and on Monday, October 24 from 10 am until the start of the funeral service at 11 am, at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117.

Interment to follow in Druid Ridge Cemetery, Pikesville, MD.
