Blanche Stella Owings

Blanche Stella Owings, 88, of Westminster, MD, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 6, 2017 at Lorien Taneytown. Born on January 10, 1929 in Owings Mills, MD, she was the daughter of the late Clayton Nicholas and Ollie Marie Owings.

Surviving her is a sister: Barbara Beal of Westminster, MD.

She was predeceased by siblings: Ada Shaeffer, Mable Brown, Charles Owings, and James Owings. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

The family will receive visitors on Friday, November 10, from 10 – 11 am, at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117 where a funeral service will be held at 11 am, officiated by Rev. Louis Piel. Interment to follow in Mt. Gilead Cemetery, Reisterstown, MD.
