On August 25, 2010, BRENDA J. BAILEY, nee Johnson, wife of Lester D. Bailey, beloved mother of Carla Bailey Murphy and her husband Ted; loving grandmother of R. Theodore "Teddy" Murphy; also survived by many loving and devoted friends.
Brenda, a two time cancer survivor, had strength, conviction and a zest for life. Second only to her adoration of her daughter and grandson, Brenda loved to travel, especially abroad. Some of the best days of her life were spent with her daughter and friends traveling. After raising her daughter, Brenda returned to work and spent 20 years as a dedicated employee of T. Rowe Price, surrounded by her second family.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, 21117.
In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in Brenda's memory to Gilchrist Hospice Care, 11311 McCormick Road, Suite 350, Hunt Valley, MD 21031.
