Brenda Kay Stein

Brenda Kay Stein, 79, of Walkersville, MD, passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2025, in Knoxville, MD. Born on August 20, 1946, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late William Edison Pope and Mallie Marie Ramey Pope. She was the beloved wife of the late William Morison Stein.

Years ago, Brenda worked as a nurse.

Surviving her are her sons: Robert Stein, Eric Stein, and Michael Stein, grandchildren: Miranda, Grace, David, Elizabeth, and Caleb, and a brother: William Carlos Pope.

She was predeceased by her sister: Peggy Pope.

A burial at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills, MD, will be held at a later date.
