Bruce Wayne Blevins

Bruce Wayne Blevins, 56, of Manchester, MD, passed peacefully Sunday April 29, 2018 at his home. Born on September 16, 1961 in Baltimore he was the son of the late Lacey B. Blevins and Ila Mae Rush Phyles. He was the stepson of the late Wilbur Phyles. He was the husband of Angela Elizabeth Valenza Blevins.

Bruce was a commercial maintenance technician for Mackenzie Services. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and spending time with his family.

Surviving in addition to his wife are children: Matthew Blevins, Kirsten Blevins, Elizabeth Davis and husband Daniel, Amanda Caton and husband Brad and Jessica Puller and husband Richard, siblings: Paul Blevins, Michael Blevins and Missy Kipphorn. He is also survived by grandchildren: Zakary, CJ, Madison, Pyper, Magnolia and Fynn and many other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD, on Wednesday May 2, 2018 from 3-5 and 7-9pm with a funeral service to be held at 8:30pm and the Rev. Mike Adams will officiate. Interment will be private.
