Camilla Mary Ballard

Camilla Mary Ballard, 95, of Westminster, MD, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at her residence. Born on April 14, 1923 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Lemuel R. and Viola Jane Rightler Campbell. She was the wife of the late Grason Elmer Ballard who died in 1989.

Surviving her are children: Barbara J. Wineke and husband Larry, Beverly A. Carver and her late husband Barry, all of Westminster, MD, grandchildren: Lynnie, Carrie, Selena, Bradley, Gina and Laura, 12 great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.

She was predeceased by 6 siblings.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, April 19, from 3-5 and 7-9 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A. 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD 21102, where a funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 am. Interment to follow in Lorraine Park Cemetery, Woodlawn, MD.
