Carl William Musser Sr., 83, of Westminster, died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2009, in Portage, Pa.
He was the son of the late John D. Musser and Alma Shope. He was the husband of the late Patti Lou Musser.
He had worked for National Circuit in Reisterstown for many years.
He was of Methodist faith and a member of numerous clubs, such as the American Legion Post No. 31, the Loyal Order of the Moose No. 1456 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars No. 467.
Surviving are children and spouses Debra K. Sanders and husband Harold, Wendy A. Cohen and husband Joseph, Carl W. Musser Jr. and wife Patty, and Monica L. Musser; grandchildren Jennifer A. Stewart, Carly Bender, and Crista, Carson, Carissa and Cassadee Musser; a great-granddaughter, Taylor M. Bennett; and a friend, Judy Burns.
He was predeceased by a stepmother, Lulabell Musser.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. today at Greenmount United Methodist Cemetery, 2001 Hanover Pike, Greenmount.
There will be no viewing.
Arrangements are by Eckhardt Funeral Chapel in Manchester.
