Carol Frances Baines

Carol Frances Baines, 91, passed away on Tuesday, December, 29, 2020, at the Hebrew Home of Greater Washington in Rockville, MD. Born on April 14th, 1929 in New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Gaetano C. and Mary M. Kessler Alosio. She was the beloved wife of the late William W. Baines, Jr.

Proud to be a Registered Nurse, she dedicated her life to others and most especially her family. Surviving her are her children: Jean M. Baines, William W. Baines III, Matthew G. Baines and their spouses, ten grandchildren and spouses, and eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Doris Hendrix and Arlene Alosio, and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Carol was predeceased by her daughter: Eileen M. Baines.

Due to the pandemic, a celebration of life will be held at a future date. Interment will be at the Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery alongside her husband in Section CB-3 Row 1 Site 3.
