Carolyn Temple Jones

Carolyn Temple Jones, 75 of Millers, MD. passed peacefully Wednesday April 20, 2016 at the Longview Health Care Center in Manchester, MD. Born Sept. 23, 1940 in Baltimore she was the daughter of the late William Charles and Helen Claudia Morrison Menzel. She was the wife of 56 years to Richard Merton Jones, Sr.
She was a loving mother and grandmother.
Surviving in addition to her husband are children, Karen Risner and husband Mark of Hampstead, Rick Jones, Jr. of Eldersburg, Kathleen Thompson and husband Jim, Sr. of Manchester, Bill Jones, Sr. and wife Stacey of Hampstead and Andrew Jones and wife Tessa of Pittsburgh, PA, a brother, Ronald Menzel of Timonium and grandchildren, Jimmy and wife Shannon, Daniel and wife Erica, Conner, Samantha, Matthew, William, Jr., Kelly, Katelyn, Ethan and Emily.
She was predeceased by a brother, William Menzel.
The family will receive friends on Friday April 22, 2016 from 7-9pm. at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD and on Saturday from 1pm. until time of funeral service at 2:00pm.
Interment will be in the New Lutheran Cemetery, Manchester, MD.
