Carroll Wayne Christian, Sr., 48, of Hampstead passed away Saturday, May 28, 2016 at home. Born August 25, 1967 in Olney, Maryland, he was the son Ann Christian, nee Grier. He was the husband of Judi Elizabeth James; father of Julia Christian, Ashley Christian, Katlynn Christian, and Wayne Christian, Jr.; grandfather of Haylie Fritz and Nevaeh Dorsey; brother of Vernon Christian, Tim Christian, and Alice Bird; and is survived by numerous nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles.
A memorial service will be 4 p.m., Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester (21102). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Christian's name to the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A., P.O. Box 389, Manchester, MD 21102.
