Charles Wesley Brown, Jr.

Charles Wesley Brown, Jr., also known as "Bud" and "Pops" age 76 of Manchester, MD passed peacefully Saturday Sept. 3, 2016 at his home. Born May 17,1940 in Baltimore he was the son of the late Charles Wesley Brown, Sr. and Mildred Brown. He was the husband of 38 years to Nancy Raye Strauss Brown.
Bud was a retired mechanic welder for Bosley Inc. He enjoyed racing, fishing and especially loved to play and listen to bluegrass music.
Surviving in addition to his wife are children; Joseph Edward Brown and wife Bonnie, Roland Edgar Brown, Wesley Tyler Brown and wife Amy and Michelle Lynn Spoonire and husband Steven. He was also survived by 3 sisters, 3 brothers, 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his children; Tina Lee Simmons and Charles Wesley Brown, III.
The family will receive friends at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A. 3296 Charmil Dr. Manchester, MD on Wednesday Sept. 7, 2016 from 3-5 and 7-9pm. with a funeral service to begin at 8:00pm. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral chapel to help with final expenses.
