Charles Arnold Fox, 40, of Westminster died Monday, July 28, 2014 at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster.
Born January 18, 1974 in Baltimore, he was the son of Ivan Fox of Baltimore and the late Eunice Marie Davis Fox.
He worked for Wendy's Restaurant in their maintenance department and the ARC. He was a member of the YMCA.
Surviving in addition to his father are his siblings Richard Fox of Mt. Airy, Betty Speelman of New Oxford, PA, and Kenneth Fox of Westminster.
A private cremation was held at All Faiths Crematory and Chapel in Manchester.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, August 3, 2014 at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester with the Rev. Chris Carabell officiating.
