Charles Kenneth Resh, Jr.

Charles Kenneth Resh, Jr., died on November 7, 2017 at Carroll Hospital. Born on July 21, 1936, he was predeceased by his mother Inez O. Resh (Bavotta), father Charles Kenneth Resh, Sr., and sister Clara Kratz.

He retired from Black & Decker and had previously been a Deputy Sheriff for Carroll County. He had also proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He loved laughing, entertaining, and swimming in his pool.

Surviving are his loving wife, Vivian Vicars-Resh of Manchester, daughter Valerie Resh and son-in-law Henry Knetsar, son Michael Resh, grandson Travis Lovell and granddaughter Nikki Resh, all of Austin, Texas, son Charles Kenneth Resh, III of Manchester, daughter Vivian Daly and son-in-law Patrick Daly of Hampstead, granddaughter Lindsey Resh-Zabroski of Stafford, Virginia, step-son Charles B. Vicars of York, PA, and step-son Parrish Vicars of Aberdeen.

Services and interment are private.
