Charlotte Walline Harris

Charlotte Walline Harris, 85, of Manchester, MD, passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Long View in Manchester, MD.  Born on January 28, 1940, in Sheffield, AL, she was the daughter of the late Vernon McIver Tisdale and Edit Walline Culbreth.  She was the beloved wife of Kenneth Wayne Harris.

In addition to her husband, Kenneth, she is survived by extended family.

Charlotte was predeceased by her brother: Gray Tisdale.
