Charlotte Shock

Charlotte Shock, 75, of Lineboro MD, entered her eternal peace on October 13, 2024, a month shy of her 50th wedding anniversary with her loving husband Richard.

In her career, Charlotte served as a receptionist for several companies and the Avon salesperson to many.  She also served as the Post Mistress for Lineboro. Her generous nature and love of communicating made these roles a perfect match.  She also volunteered for the Lineboro Fire Co. Auxiliary.

Charlotte loved the color purple and her dachshund dogs that brought her years of comfort and love.  Spending time with her family and friends brought her joy.  She extended her family by becoming the cherished bonus "Aunt" to the children - and grandchildren - of many friends.   She was a caring and loyal friend to many who will miss her dearly.

Richard offers a special thanks to Charlotte's best friend, Debbie, and niece, Kimberly for their dedication to her comfort in her final months.

A celebration of life service will be held at Lazarus United Church of Christ, Lineboro MD, on November 16, 2024 at 11:00am with interment at the Lazarus Union Cemetery immediately following the service.

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Charlotte may be made to the Lineboro Volunteer Fire Co., 4224 Main Street, Lineboro MD 21102, Attn: Treasurer.
