Charlotte Virginia "Snooks" Harmon, 87 years old of Sykesville, died January 23, 2014 at the University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore.
Born February 19, 1926 in Owings Mills, she was the daughter of the late Chester A. Reter and Tillie Gill Reter.
She was the wife of the late Joseph Melvin "Mel" Harmon, Jr. who passed in 2013.
She is survived by her children: Joan M. Glock of Frederick, Joseph M. "Mel" Harmon III of Berkley Springs, W. VA., Jack M. Harmon of Lutherville, Richard C. Harmon of Wilmington, DE., Marjorie D. Dickey of Sykesville, 17 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and her sister Leona Caples.
She was predeceased by her daughter, V. Ann Love.
Friends and family may call on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills where services will be held on Friday, 9:30 AM.
Interment in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
