Christopher Lloyd Bond, age 54, of Upperco, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster.
Born December 9, 1960 in Ohio, he was the son of Robert Olin Bond and Dorothy Krug Bond of Catonsville.
He was a veteran of the United States Marines Corps and was working as painting contractor. He was a graduate of Old Mill High School, Anne Arundel Community College, and The University of Baltimore. In his spare time, he was active in the VFW, antique tractor clubs, hunting clubs, and country line dancing.
Surviving in addition to his parents, is his sister Nancy Lee Stetson and husband Richard, and two nephews.
The family will receive friends 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, January 24 at the Emory United Methodist church, 1600 Emory Road, Upperco where a funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Dwight Johnson officiating.
Interment will be in Emory Church Cemetery, Upperco.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Emory Chapel Cemetery Fund, 1600 Emory Road, Upperco, MD 21155.
