Christopher Strakes, 53 years old of Red Lion, PA. died Friday, August 26, 2011 at his home.
Born January 8, 1958 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Robert Louis and Harriette Forwood Strakes.
He is survived by his daughter, Casey A. Strakes, her mother, Charlotte Strakes and his siblings: Robert C. Strakes, Sr., Barbara Watts, Donna Miller and Loretta Roach. He was the companion of Margaret L. Wilson.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills, where a memorial service will be held on Thursday at 12:00 noon. Rev.'s Howard Edmondson and Jerry Schwartz officiating.
There will be a second memorial service on Friday, September 2, 2011 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 14874 Winterstown Rd., Stewartstown, PA 17363.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM -1:00PM at the church with a memorial service at 1:00 PM
Interment Private.
