Daniel Lee Bentley

Daniel L. Bentley, 50 of Hanover, PA. passed peacefully Saturday Jan. 13, 2018 at his home. Born August 31, 1967 in Virginia he was the son of Homer and Patricia Harris Bentley of Temperanceville, Virginia. He was the husband of 22 years to Tamara L. Merryman Bentley.

Daniel was a propane technician for Suburban Propane in Reisterstown, MD. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his grandson. He also enjoyed fishing.

Surviving in addition to his parents and wife are children; Sarah Louise Mayberry and husband Brian Robert, Abigail Elizabeth Bentley, and a grandson; Hunter Bentley Mayberry all of Hanover, PA. He is also survived by a sister; Diane Tait of Virginia, sister in law and brother in law; Kimberley and Jeffrey Ruark of Towson, MD. and a niece and nephew; Kathryn Elizabeth and William Keegan Ruark.

The family will receive friends on Saturday Jan. 20, 2018 at ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Dr., Manchester, MD. from 1-3pm. with a funeral service beginning at 3:00pm. Interment will be on Monday Jan. 22 at 11:00am. in Evergreen Mem. Gardens, Finksburg, MD.
