David Peter Gobin

David Peter Gobin, 73, of Manchester, MD, passed away on Friday, September 29.  Born on December 30, 1949, in Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Raymond Gobin and Margaret Knoxx Gobin.  He was the beloved husband of 40 years to Stephanie Gobin.

David was a veteran of the United States Army.  He was a K-9 officer with the Baltimore City Police Department.  He was a 15-year lung cancer survivor and was featured on "Stand Up To Cancer" in 2012.  He will be missed by all who knew him.

Surviving him in addition to his wife is a son: Stephen Gobin, sister: Betty Bruno, and niece and nephew: Michelle and Scott.

David was predeceased by his son: Craig Gobin.

A private interment will take place in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills, MD.
