David Lee Longhenry, 66, of Glen Arm died Sunday, May 19, 2013 at St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson.
Born October 5, 1946 in Seattle, WA, he was the son the late Frederick David Longhenry and Julia Ann Noonan Longhenry. He was the husband of Christine Elizabeth, his wife of 32 years.
He was a member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Hydes. He was retired from Verizon Communications. He enjoyed all kinds of music and working with computers.
Surviving in addition to his wife, his daughter Kathleen Longhenry; his sister Maryann Bonning and husband Stuart; his nieces Kate and Erin Bonning; and his nephew Devon Bonning.
He was predeceased by his brother Frederick Longhenry.
A memorial mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 13305 Long Green Pike, Hydes with his pastor the Rev. Msgr. Richard Cramblitt as celebrant.
A private cremation was held at All Faiths Crematory and Chapel in Manchester and the interment will be at a later date in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Bartholomew Roman Catholic Church, Attention Building Fund, P.O. Box 448, Manchester, MD 21102.
